Apparently, coffee gives you a “natural” boost and has less calories. It also doesn’t hurt that coffee beans are known to have antioxidants. Add a splash of non-fat milk, and you’re getting protein. Plus, coffee tastes amazing! ;)

Q: How much should I stretch before a workout?
A: For me, 4-5 minutes of a hearty warm-up helps to not only improve workout performance, but also prevent injury.
